Key Responsibilities:
• Drive sales growth and achieve monthly target
• Identify, and secure new business opportunities
• Monitor clients account and support debt recovery
• Conduct market visit and provide competitive intelligence
• Prepare sales report, forecast and clients’ activities updates
• Generate and convert qualified leads
• Build relationships with SME owners and key decision-makers
• Conduct client presentations and business pitches
• Drive business growth and achieve sales targets
• Represent the firm at networking and industry events
Qualification and Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• 2-4 years' experience in Marketing, Sales, or Business Development in hospitality industry.
• Professional selling certification is an added advantage
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding revenue targets.
• Ability to work independently and in a fast pace environment
• Good network within the hospitality business community will be an advantage
• Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills
• Proficiency in the use of Microsoft office application
