Our client, a fast-growing digital  education and technology organization, is seeking motivated and results-driven Affiliate Marketers to support the promotion of its programs, services, and online learning opportunities. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about digital marketing, lead generation, online sales, and brand promotion.

Successful candidates will be responsible for driving awareness, generating leads, and supporting student or customer acquisition through online and offline marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote the organization’s programs, services, and digital offerings through approved marketing channels.
• Generate qualified leads and referrals through social media, online communities, and personal networks.
• Develop and implement creative affiliate marketing strategies to increase conversions and engagement.
• Share promotional content across digital platforms including Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, WhatsApp, and email.
• Track and monitor marketing performance, referrals, and conversion activities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients, students, and partners.
• Provide accurate information about programs, pricing, and enrolment procedures to prospects.
• Collaborate with the internal marketing and admissions teams to achieve growth targets.
• Maintain professionalism and brand consistency in all promotional activities.
• Stay updated on digital marketing trends and affiliate marketing best practices.

Requirements

Qualifications & Skills:

Primary & Secondary Schooling (K-12)

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration,  Communications, or related field is an advantage.
• Previous experience in affiliate marketing, digital marketing, sales, brand promotion, or lead generation is preferred.
• Strong understanding of  social media marketing and online promotion strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to generate leads and convert prospects effectively.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
• Basic knowledge of digital tools, social media platforms, and online communication tools.
• Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the USA or Canada.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience promoting educational programs, online courses, or digital products.
• Familiarity with affiliate marketing platforms and CRM systems.
• Existing social media audience, community network, or online presence is an advantage.
• Experience in sales, customer acquisition, or online business development.
