Job Purpose:
The Marketing Officer will play a key role in driving revenue growth by acquiring new business, expanding the company’s client base, and ensuring consistent achievement of production targets. This role is highly performance-driven and requires a proactive, persuasive, and target-oriented individual who can generate leads, convert prospects, and support ongoing client engagement.
Experience and Education:
- Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Sales, Insurance, Business Administration or related field.
- Professional Qualification in Insurance will be an added advantage
- 2–3 years’ proven experience in Marketing, Sales and Business development
- Insurance experience is an advantage.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Basic understanding of insurance products (training will be provided).
