Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Marketing Executive at our office in Accra. The Sales Marketing Executive will develop and implement market plans, conduct extensive market research, and identify sales opportunities. and contributing to the business growth are key aspects of this role.

 
Key Responsibilities
Help develop and execute effective sales and marketing strategies to grow market share,
Identify and onboard new distributors, retailers, supermarkets, and food service clients.
Actively sell and promote KREAMYZ Ice cream, Hibisplash drink, ProBake, and SoftBake products to target customers.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activity, and new opportunities.
Plan and execute promotional campaigns, activations, and product sampling.
Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Monitor stock levels at client locations and ensure proper product placement and visibility.
Prepare regular sales reports and performance updates.


Requirement:
The ideal candidates must be highly motivated, experienced, and results-driven Sales & Marketing Executives to drive the growth of our KREAMYZ ice cream, ProBake, and SoftBake product lines across Accra and beyond. The ideal candidate is energetic, efficient, and passionate about building strong customer relationships and closing sales.
Proven experience in sales and/or marketing (FMCG experience is a strong advantage)
Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and meet targets with minimal supervision.
Good knowledge of the Accra market and distribution channels.

Qualifications
Proficiency in Market Planning and Market Research to identify trends and develop effective strategies.
Strong skills in Sales and Marketing to generate leads, close deals, and enhance customer engagement.
Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage clients and stakeholders.
Proven ability to analyze market trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
Experience with CRM tools and data management is a plus.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred, HND diploma, SHS diploma (SHS diploma holders must have a minimum of 2 years sales/marketing experience in the FMCG industry.
Capacity to work on-site and collaborate in a dynamic team environment.
