Requirements & Specifications
1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 5+ years of aggressive sales and distribution experience, specifically within the Tiles and Construction Materials industry
3. Proven track record in sales
4. Exceptional negotiation, closing, and communication skills.
5. Deep understanding of regional market dynamics and existing networks in your chosen city (Kumasi, Takoradi, Tamale, or Cape Coast).
6. A highly self-motivated, results-oriented mindset with the ability to report on sales strategies and targets
