Key Accountabilities:
Portfolio Management of Digital Partnership Execution
- Manage the portfolio of effort required to drive execution and progress on corporate and fintech partnerships
- Assist in coordinating with business sponsors across the group to obtain buy-in for opportunities including but not limited to proof of concepts (POC’s), pilot programmes, design and proposition sprints
- Ensure they are adequately managed as a project of work with clear delivery schedules and milestone
- Ensure appropriate tooling for visibility of work and outputs into the business
- Manage successful integration of opportunities / joint ventures into core business, including assigning required resources, proactively liaising with internal stakeholders to streamline requirements and build buy-in, and unblocking issues
- Coordination with legal, compliance, sourcing, technical and business teams to ensure streamlined process for opportunities and contracting, managing any related risk resulting from the execution on partnerships.
Corporate Partner Development
- Manage relationships with activated corporate strategic partnerships e.g. MNOs, retailers, Big Tech
- Facilitate internal coordination of partnership management and alignment of efforts relating to Digital.
Executive Reporting
- Prepare monthly and adhoc reports on progress on the Digital Portfolio for Digital Forum, Digitals Solutions Innovation Technology (DIT) Exco
- Deliver on the Digital Partnership metrics and provide transparency into the delivery of value through execution.
Education and Skills Required:
- B-degree in Technology/ Finance/Mathematics/Economics/Statistics
- 8+ years experience, majority FS, project management
- Experience in programme/ portfolio management
- Knowledge of Programme and Project Principles and approaches
- Digital transformation experience
- Experience in Fintechs/Big Technology Corporates

Bachelor`s Degrees and Advanced Diplomas: Physical, Mathematical, Computer and Life Sciences (Required)
