Act as a dedicated operational focal point for clients
Support the recruitment of operational & support personnel - to mentor, motivate, train & develop staff to maintain an effective workforce capable of meeting its objectives
Monitor performance measures to ensure good performance is maintained and areas for improvement are identified and acted upon
Ensure best practice associated with industry technical standards is maintained
Maintain active participation in improving the quality and HSE management system, bringing to the attention of senior management any HSE issues that require attention
Support pre/ post job briefings to ensure best practice is in place, known and followed; crews are full engaged & understand their roles/responsibilities
Identify and explore all opportunities for business improvement
Assist in the formulation of budgets ensuring the necessary resources are in place to achieve the budgeted work & development program
Participate in regular meetings to discuss operational issues sharing updates on latest company policies, structure, future plans, technologies and safety/quality related topics
Support HSEQ/SCM during vendor audits
Prioritise department workload and work in conjunction with department manager and workshop manager to ensure equipment is correctly allocated to maximise profits
Monitor/audit operational, engineering & workshop areas
Job Knowledge and Qualifications
Previous experience typically gained through working experience and technical knowledge of relevant equipment and services
Proficient in Microsoft office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word & Teams)
