Available Roles

1. Personal Assistant to CEO

• Manage the CEO’s schedule, appointments, and travel arrangements
• Prepare meeting materials and take minutes
• Handle correspondence on behalf of the CEO
• Assist in special projects and ensure smooth administrative support

Locations include: Greater Accra, Haatso

2. Customer Service Personnel

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and social media
• Resolve complaints and provide delivery updates
• Maintain customer satisfaction through timely, friendly service
• Work closely with operations to ensure service excellence

Locations include: Greater Accra, Ashanti, Eastern, Central, Brong Ahafo, and Volta Region.

3. Business Development Executive

• Identify and pursue new logistics and delivery partnerships
• Research market trends and prepare proposals
• Meet potential clients and promote Shaq Express services
• Support the sales team in achieving business growth targets

Locations include: Greater Accra, Ashanti, Eastern, Central, Brong Ahafo, and Volta Region.

4. Operations Assistant

• Assist in daily delivery and fleet operations
• Support inventory tracking and warehouse management
• Help coordinate with drivers, riders, and dispatch teams
• Prepare and update operational performance reports
• Follow up on delivery schedules and customer feedback
• Perform general administrative tasks related to logistics

Locations include: Greater Accra, Ashanti, Eastern, Central, Brong Ahafo, and Volta Region.

5. Videographer

• Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality videos highlighting operations, staff, and client stories
• Operate and maintain camera and audio equipment
• Assist in live coverage of company events and promotional activities

6. Video Editor

• Edit operational and promotional video content for social media and internal training
• Add animations, subtitles, and effects to enhance engagement
• Collaborate with marketing and communications teams

7. Photographer

• Capture high-quality images of operations, delivery activities, and events
• Edit and retouch images for marketing and client use
• Organize and archive company photo content

8. Content Creator

• Develop engaging content showcasing Shaq Express services and brand culture
• Write captions, scripts, and blog posts for logistics-themed content
• Keep up with industry trends and brainstorm new content ideas

9. Graphic Designer

• Design promotional materials, social media graphics, and branding assets
• Create visuals that reflect Shaq Express’s dynamic logistics environment
• Work with tools such as Canva, Photoshop, and Illustrator

10. UI/UX Designer

• Design user-friendly interfaces for our delivery tracking and logistics platforms
• Create wireframes, mockups, and user journeys for mobile and web applications

11. Frontend Developer

• Create interactive user interfaces for tracking portals and client dashboards
• Use HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React or Vue

12. Backend Developer

• Develop APIs, server-side logic, and database systems for logistics platforms
• Work with technologies like Node.js, Django, or Laravel

13. Mobile App Developer

• Design and develop Android/iOS apps for delivery tracking and customer engagement

14. Social Media Executive
