* Female, aged 18–25 years
* Minimum O Level qualification
* Business certificate or diploma is an added advantage
* Must reside in Emganwini, Bulawayo
* Fluent in English, Shona, and Ndebele
* Basic social media marketing/digital marketing skills Key Responsibilities:
* Greet and assist customers professionally
* Handle sales, returns, and cash register operations
* Restock shelves and maintain inventory accuracy
* Keep the store clean, organized, and welcoming
* Promote products and assist with visual merchandising
* Support online marketing and product promotion via social media
