- Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Saturday: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Job Overview
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the daily operations of our online shop, including product photography, posting content online, responding to customer inquiries, and ensuring a smooth shopping experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Take high-quality photos of products for posting on the online shop.
- Write engaging and accurate descriptions for each product.
- Upload and organize products on online platforms.
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
- Address and resolve customer complaints or concerns.
- Provide assistance with order placements and follow-ups.
- Manage incoming orders and coordinate their fulfillment.
- Ensure accurate packaging and delivery tracking.
- Keep records of daily sales, orders, and customer feedback.
- Provide regular updates on stock availability.
Requirements:
- Female applicants only.
- Minimum of a Senior High School (SHS) certificate or equivalent.
- Ability to use a smartphone or computer for online posting and communication.
- Basic knowledge of social media platforms and e-commerce tools.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proactive, organized, and able to multitask effectively.
- Resides in or near Dome, Accra.
