Working Days: Monday to Friday (8:00 AM – 6:00 PM), Saturday (9:00 AM – 4:00 PM)
Salary: Negotiable
Gender: Male
Age Requirement: 31 – 40 years
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of the team to ensure efficient operations.
- Monitor employee performance and provide coaching or training where needed.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and company regulations.
- Prepare daily, weekly, or monthly reports as required.
- Resolve staff and operational issues promptly and professionally.
- Liaise with management to implement new policies or improvements.
Requirements:
- Must be male, aged between 31 – 40 years.
- Minimum of a Diploma, HND, or Degree in a relevant field.
- Proven supervisory or leadership experience is an advantage.
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work full-time, including Saturdays.
