Job Description
WhiteCap is an electric mobility and renewable energy company driving the electrification of transportation through electric vehicles and battery-swapping infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out daily operations of the battery swap station as directed by the supervisor.
- Record battery inventory and monitor charging cycles to ensure readiness to serve.
- Ensure safety and operational procedures are followed.
- Ensure excellent customer service at the station.
- Document station productivity, incident logs and resource requirements.
Skills and Qualifications
- WASSCE or technical certificate in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in the related field.
- Basic knowledge of electrical or battery systems preferred.
- Good communication and reporting skills.
- Ability to read and write.
- Basic understanding of safety procedures.
- Strong attention to detail.
