WAREHOUSE & DEVICE LOCKING OFFICER

A reputable company seeks a responsible, technically capable, detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Warehouse & Device Locking Officer.
Location: Tema, Ghana

Key Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, record, and organise mobile phones and other devices.
- Maintain accurate warehouse and inventory records.
- Safely store and manage company devices.
- Conduct regular stock counts and report discrepancies.
- Prepare devices for dispatch, sales, or distribution.
- Perform authorised device locking, configuration, setup, and related technical procedures.
- Verify device status and ensure devices are properly processed before release.
- Maintain accurate records of devices processed and unlocked.
- Identify and report damaged, faulty, or irregular devices.
- Ensure the security and proper handling of all company devices.
- Work closely with the verification team
- Perform other duties assigned by management.

Requirements
- Previous warehouse, inventory, mobile phone, or technical experience is an advantage.
- Experience with mobile device configuration or locking will be an advantage.
- Good computer and basic technical skills.
- Strong attention to detail and good record-keeping skills.
- Honest, reliable, responsible, and able to work with minimal supervision.
- Ability to handle company devices responsibly and maintain confidentiality.
- Candidate must reside in Tema or its surrounding areas.
