The HR Business Development Partner is responsible for driving business growth by identifying new opportunities, building client relationships, developing strategic partnerships, and supporting the organization's expansion objectives while collaborating closely with HR and management teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and partners.
  • Generate leads and support revenue growth initiatives.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
  • Prepare business proposals, presentations, and partnership agreements.
  • Collaborate with HR and management to align business development strategies with organizational goals.
  • Represent the company at networking events and industry meetings.
  • Monitor market trends and provide strategic recommendations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resource Management, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in business development, sales, marketing, or a related role.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
  • Proven ability to generate leads and build strategic partnerships.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
  • Results-driven with excellent relationship-management skills.
