KEY SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
You have:
10-15 years of relevant experience in sales and account management.
Proven ability to achieve financial targets such as order intake and sales margin.
Deep understanding of customer relationship management and strategic sales thinking.
Strong negotiating skills with experience in pricing strategies and contract discussions.
It would be nice if you also had:
A Bachelor in an Electrical or Telecommunication degree is strongly preferred.
An MBA in business, marketing or related domain is a plus.
Experience working with cross-functional teams and driving collaboration.
Familiarity with telecom products, services, and market trends.
Analytical problem-solving skills with a track record of overcoming complex challenges.
