Activities
Tax Compliance
- Stay abreast with changes in local tax laws and regulations.
- Prepare and file accurate and timely tax returns.
- Ensure compliance with all tax reporting requirements.
- Ensure up to date schedule on all tax related issues for group Tax reporting
Tax Planning
- Advise on tax planning strategies to minimize tax liabilities.
- Conduct tax research to identify planning opportunities.
- Collaborate with other departments to implement tax-efficient strategies.
- Ensure the preparation and regular update of Local Transfer pricing documents
Balance Sheet Account Analyses
- Prepare monthly balance sheet account analyses
- Ensure compliance for SAPIN reporting
- Monthly review of Expense General ledgers to ensure accurate recognition and treatment of tax related expenses.
Tax Audits
- Manage tax audits in collaboration with Tax consultants.
- Ensure efficient filing of documents with tax impact for tax audits.
Candidate Profile
A good first degree(First Class) from a recognized University in Tax, Accounting, Finance or related field.
Fully qualified member of any recognized Professional Accounting and Tax Body
Strong understanding of Ghanaian tax laws and regulations.
Must be a good team player.
Minimum of 3 Years experience in a similar position.
