Role Summary
The Accountant is responsible for overseeing the full accounting lifecycle across all business units. This includes project accounting, trading operations, service accounting, production accounts, and consolidated financial reporting. The role requires a highly skilled professional who can work independently, manage multiple ledgers, and deliver accurate and timely financial data to management.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle all project accounting (income, expenses, WIP, reports).
- Manage purchases, sales, inventory, and monthly stock counts.
- Compute COGS, gross profit, and maintain key ledgers.
- Track production costs and update finished goods records.
- Record and report all service revenue accurately.
- Prepare monthly and annual financial statements.
- Process payroll and ensure all statutory filings are done on time.
- Maintain financial controls, audit documentation, and support audits.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- B.Sc. in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- ACA, ACCA, ICAN (mandatory)
- 5 years and Above relevant experience in multi-function accounting
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Sage, or similar
- Strong IFRS and tax knowledge
- Strong project accounting experience
- Excellent attention to detail and time management
- Ability to work independently
