Role Overview

In this role, you will play a key part in supporting loan operations and recovery activities. You will engage with clients, monitor loan repayments, and assist in maintaining a healthy loan portfolio while delivering excellent customer service.


Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and onboard new loan clients
  • Evaluate loan applications and assess creditworthiness
  • Facilitate loan disbursement in line with company policies
  • Monitor loan portfolios to ensure timely repayments
  • Follow up with clients on overdue payments and support recovery efforts
  • Maintain accurate records of client information and loan activities
  • Educate clients on loan products and repayment processes
  • Prepare basic reports on loan performance and collections


Requirements

  • WASSCE, Diploma or HND in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 0–2 years of relevant experience (entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic knowledge of financial data handling and software
  • Understanding of loan products and services is an advantage
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
