Role Overview
In this role, you will play a key part in supporting loan operations and recovery activities. You will engage with clients, monitor loan repayments, and assist in maintaining a healthy loan portfolio while delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and onboard new loan clients
- Evaluate loan applications and assess creditworthiness
- Facilitate loan disbursement in line with company policies
- Monitor loan portfolios to ensure timely repayments
- Follow up with clients on overdue payments and support recovery efforts
- Maintain accurate records of client information and loan activities
- Educate clients on loan products and repayment processes
- Prepare basic reports on loan performance and collections
Requirements
- WASSCE, Diploma or HND in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
- 0–2 years of relevant experience (entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of financial data handling and software
- Understanding of loan products and services is an advantage
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
