Job Description

The Credit & Collection Officer will be responsible for managing customer credit accounts, collections, and financial risk control. The role focuses on maintaining healthy cash flow, handling overdue accounts, and ensuring strong customer relationships while enforcing financial discipline.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage credit control and implement company credit policies
  • Handle customer account management and reconciliations
  • Develop and execute collection strategies for overdue accounts
  • Follow up on outstanding payments and overdue invoices
  • Conduct risk assessments and support credit approval decisions
  • Maintain accurate financial records and reporting
  • Support accounts receivable operations and cash flow management

Requirements

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in Credit & Collections or Accounts Receivable
  • Strong knowledge of Excel and SAP
  • Good communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to manage customer relationships professionally
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
