Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Admin and Procurement Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support and managing procurement activities to ensure the smooth operation of our office.
Key Responsibilities:
Administration:
- Provide administrative support to the management team and staff
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and facilities
- Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and events
- Maintain accurate records and files, both physical and digital
- Handle confidential information with discretion and ensure data protection
- Assist with HR tasks, such as employee onboarding and record-keeping
Procurement:
- Manage procurement activities, including sourcing, purchasing, and contracting
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors
- Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures
- Coordinate with departments to understand their needs and provide procurement support
- Conduct market research to identify best-value suppliers and services
- Negotiate contracts and prices with suppliers
- Monitor and report on procurement performance and trends
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Procurement, or related field
- 2-5 years of experience in administration and procurement
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and procurement software
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
