Role Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Warehouse Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations, ensuring accurate inventory management, and maintaining efficient stock control processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the receipt, storage, and issuance of goods and machinery parts.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure proper stock control.
- Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies.
- Ensure proper organization and cleanliness of the warehouse.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate timely replenishment.
- Utilize inventory management systems (e.g., SAP) for transaction processing and reporting.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics and Supply Chain Management or a related field.
- 2–3 years of warehouse experience, preferably handling machinery parts.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management and stock control practices.
- Proficiency in warehouse management software (e.g., SAP).
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
