The Storekeeper/Procurement Officer will manage inventory, oversee purchasing activities, and ensure timely availability of supplies for hotel operations. The role requires strong organizational skills and experience in stock control and vendor management.
 

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage stock levels and conduct regular inventory checks.
  • Prepare and process purchase orders.
  • Source and negotiate with suppliers.
  • Monitor deliveries and verify goods received.
  • Maintain accurate inventory and procurement records.
  • Ensure proper storage and stock rotation (FIFO).
  • Prevent stock shortages and reduce wastage.
