PROCUREMENT MANAGER

Role Overview
Masca Foods Ltd. is seeking an experienced and strategic Procurement Manager to lead and oversee the company's procurement function. The role is responsible for developing sourcing strategies, managing supplier relationships, controlling procurement budgets, and ensuring cost efficiencies, quality assurance, and compliance across all purchasing activities within the hospitality operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with company objectives.
- Lead supplier sourcing, evaluation, selection, and performance management.
- Negotiate high‑value contracts, pricing agreements, and service level terms.
- Oversee purchase planning to ensure timely availability of goods and services.
- Monitor market trends, pricing movements, and sup… risks to support cost optimization.
- Ensure compliance with internal procurement policies and regulatory standards.
- Implement strong cost‑control measures and support food cost and inventory management initiatives.
- Manage and mentor the procurement team to ensure operational efficiency and accountability.
- Prepare procurement reports, spend analysis, and cost‑saving performance summaries for leadership.
- Drive continuous improvement in procurement processes, systems, and vendor management practices.

Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5–7 years’ procurement experience, with at least 2–3 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Experience in hospitality, food service, or F&B/FMCG industry is highly preferred.
- Strong negotiation, strategic sourcing, and contract management skills.
- Excellent analytical and financial acumen.
- Proficiency in procurement systems and Microsoft Office Suite (advanced Excel is an advantage).
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- High level of integrity and professional judgment.
