ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain computer and manual filing systems

• Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports

• Organize and schedule meetings and appointments

• Take accurate minutes of meetings

• Produce and distribute correspondence, memos, letters, faxes etc

• Write letters and emails on behalf of
Senior Management

• Type, edit and proofread documents

• Recelve and transfer phone calls

• Manage travel arrangements

• Manage office supplies and coordinate maintenance of office equipment

• Ensure general maintenance of the office
• Provide client service support
Requirement & Qualification
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or in a related field.
• Minimum of two years* experience in administration or similar role.
• Excellent knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office i.0., Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, numeracy and presentation skills.
• English as a business language, French will be an added benefit
