• Greet and assist customers professionally at the front desk.
• Provide information on safety products and handle sales transactions.
• Manage customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person.
• Maintain organized sales and administrative records.
• Support office operations, including filing, invoicing, and data entry.
• Ensure a clean and professional front desk and showroom area.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets.

• Minimum of SHS Certificate (HND or Diploma in Business, Administration, or related field preferred).
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Basic computer literacy (MS Word, Excel, and Email).

• Previous experience in retail, sales, or front desk roles is an advantage.
