Job Summary:

A reputable safety wear retail company located in Alajo is seeking a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Front Desk Personnel to manage customer interactions, handle sales, and support basic administrative tasks. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to create a welcoming environment for customers.



Key Responsibilities:
• Greet and assist customers professionally at the front desk.
• Provide information on safety products and handle sales transactions.
• Manage customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person.
• Maintain organized sales and administrative records.
• Support office operations, including filing, invoicing, and data entry.
• Ensure a clean and professional front desk and showroom area.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets.



Qualifications & Skills:
• Minimum of SHS Certificate (HND or Diploma in Business, Administration, or related field preferred).
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Basic computer literacy (MS Word, Excel, and Email).
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Professional appearance and attitude.
• Previous experience in retail, sales, or front desk roles is an advantage.



Working Conditions:
• Days: Monday to Saturday
• Location: Alajo, Accra
• Compensation: GHS 1,000 – 1,500 (based on experience)
