Job Summary:
Teachers and administrative staff at ICS Ghana are expected to create engaging learning environments, inspire creativity and critical thinking, and uphold the school’s standards of academic excellence and holistic education.

Key Responsibilities (Teaching Roles):
• Deliver engaging and effective lessons in assigned subjects.
• Develop and implement lesson plans aligned with the school’s curriculum.
• Assess, record, and report on students’ progress.
• Create a positive, inclusive, and disciplined classroom environment.
• Participate in school events, meetings, and professional development activities.
• Support the academic and personal growth of students.

Key Responsibilities (Assistant to the Head of School):
• Provide administrative and organizational support to the Head of School.
• Manage communication between departments and external stakeholders.
• Coordinate school schedules, reports, and official correspondence.
• Assist with project management and school events.

Qualifications & Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Education or a relevant subject area.
• Teaching qualification (PGDE, B.Ed, or equivalent).
• Minimum of 2–3 years of teaching experience in a recognized school.
• Excellent command of English (spoken and written).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• For the Assistant to the Head of School: Bachelor’s Degree in Administration, Education Management, or related field; strong organizational and ICT skills.
