Our client is seeking a detail-driven Payroll Administrator to process multi-state payroll in a high-volume environment. You'll ensure compliance, support audits, and provide top-notch employee service.#

Key Responsibilities:

  • Payroll Processing: Calculate wages, bonuses, commissions, and deductions.
  • Timekeeping: Manage electronic or manual time-tracking systems.
  • Tax Compliance: Ensure accurate tax withholdings and submit payroll taxes to authorities.
  • Recordkeeping: Maintain up-to-date payroll records and employee files.
  • Reporting: Generate payroll reports for finance and HR departments.
  • Employee Support: Address payroll-related queries and resolve discrepancies.

Requirements:
1. 2–4 years of payroll and timekeeping experience.
2. Experience with UKG HRIS/payroll system.
3. Knowledge of American payroll tax laws, wage/hour regulations, and accounting basics.
