Job Summary:
Responsible for crafting and serving a variety of coffee and tea beverages to the highest standard, providing a welcoming atmosphere, and ensuring the coffee station operates smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve hot and cold coffee, tea, and specialty drinks according to RHI recipes.
- Operate and maintain espresso machines, grinders, and brewing equipment.
- Ensure the coffee bar is clean, well-stocked, and visually appealing.
- Engage with customers, taking orders and offering recommendations based on their preferences.
- Handle cash and card transactions accurately.
- Monitor inventory of coffee beans, syrups, and milk, and report restocking needs.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Barista.
- Knowledge of coffee brewing methods, latte art, and equipment maintenance.
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work efficiently during peak hours.
