Job Summary:
Responsible for preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, providing excellent guest interaction, and maintaining the bar area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve cocktails, mocktails, wines, and beers according to standard recipes.
- Check identification of guests to verify age requirements for the consumption of alcohol.
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of menu items, including ingredients and preparation methods.
- Keep the bar area clean, sanitized, and organized, including glassware and tools.
- Manage bar inventory, monitor stock levels, and assist in ordering supplies.
- Process payments and maintain a balanced cash drawer.
- Engage with guests, creating a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Bartender.
- Extensive knowledge of drink recipes, mixology, and bar equipment.
- Excellent memory and the ability to multitask.
- Outstanding customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Must be of legal age to serve alcohol.
