Job Summary:
Responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and orderliness in guest rooms, public areas, and event spaces.
Key Responsibilities:
- Clean and tidy guest rooms, including making beds, changing linens, and dusting.
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms, restocking toiletries and towels.
- Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors in rooms and public areas.
- Empty trash bins and dispose of waste properly.
- Report any maintenance issues (e.g., broken lights, leaking taps) to the Supervisor.
- Ensure all cleaning chemicals are used safely and stored correctly.
- Respond to guest requests for extra amenities promptly and courteously.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Previous experience in housekeeping or commercial cleaning (preferred).
- Strong attention to detail and thoroughness.
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks (bending, lifting, standing).
- Ability to work independently and efficiently.
