Job Summary:
The primary point of contact for guests, responsible for providing exceptional dining experiences through prompt, friendly, and professional food and beverage service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests warmly, present menus, and provide detailed information on daily specials.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system.
- Serve food and drinks promptly, ensuring presentation standards are met.
- Anticipate guest needs, refill drinks, and address any initial concerns or complaints.
- Process payments (cash, card, or mobile money) accurately and issue receipts.
- Clear tables, reset them for the next guests, and maintain the overall cleanliness of the dining area.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hotel environment (preferred).
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure.
