Requirements:

3. Knows basic accounting rules and how to do financial reporting.
4. Is good with accounting software (like QuickBooks or Sage) and Microsoft Excel.
5. Can handle accounts payable, receivable, reconciliations, and general ledger entries.
6. Can prepare accurate financial reports and statements on time.
7. Pays strong attention to detail and keeps financial data accurate.
8. Understands tax rules and local compliance (knowing local regulations is a bonus).
