Job Responsibilities:
• Conducting client business analysis and identifying opportunities for new business with existing customers and successfully converting such opportunities.
• Identifying new business opportunities/value propositions.
• Conducting periodic research on market trends and managing new opportunities.
• Identifying the relevant training to customers and marketing the training identified.
• Conceiving and organizing events/activities to launch new products and promote the brand.
• Serving as second level point of contact on dispute resolution i.e. provide clarification on content of credit information reports.
• Conducting research, assembling and analyzing data to prepare reports and presentations.
• Preparing the agenda in advance, assisting with and providing research/background information, content development and creation of presentations for customer training.
• Reviewing and summarizing reports and documents on customers’ monthly data quality issues.
Requirements
Applicant must have 4-5 years relevant experience in a financial institution, preferably relationship officer or manager, have good computer skills including Microsoft Office Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
