Are you a strategic thinker with a strong grasp of operations, compliance, and client management? We’re looking for a Business Operations Officer to drive efficiency, growth, and operational excellence across our client portfolio.
What You’ll Do
Lead operational strategy and execution to meet business targets.
Manage and deliver complex client engagements and solutions.
Drive 20% quarterly growth in outsourced workforce numbers.
Conduct process gap analysis and implement improvements.
Oversee service quality, team performance, and client relationships.
Run audits, risk assessments, and compliance initiatives.
Develop policies, procedures, and staff training programs.
Support budgeting, financial planning, and cost control
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
Strong understanding of industry regulations and compliance.
Experience in document and operations management.
Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel & Word).
Target-driven with strong decision-making skills.
Valid driver’s license
Relevant industry experience is a plus
