We are looking for a Senior Human Resource Associate to drive HR operations, enhance employee experience, and support organizational growth within a dynamic and supportive environment.



JOB SUMMARY

The Senior Human Resource Associate will play a strategic and operational role in managing core HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, HR compliance, and process improvement. The ideal candidate will proactively manage multiple HR initiatives, mentor junior HR staff, and contribute to a high-performance and inclusive culture.



KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Strategic Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning
 • Lead hiring strategies for technical and non-technical roles (e.g., engineers, product managers, data scientists).
 • Collaborate with leadership to forecast workforce needs aligned with business growth.
 • Strengthen employer branding to attract top talent in a competitive market.
 • Oversee structured, bias-free interview and selection processes.

2. Employee Experience & Engagement
 • Design programs that enhance employee experience.
 • Monitor engagement and retention, especially for high-demand tech talent.
 • Promote collaboration, innovation, and inclusion across teams.

3. Performance Management & Career Development
 • Implement performance frameworks such as OKRs and KPIs.
 • Support managers in continuous feedback and performance reviews.
 • Develop career progression paths for employees.
 • Identify and nurture high-potential talent.

4. Learning & Development
 • Promote continuous learning and upskilling (technical certifications, soft skills).
 • Coordinate training programs and leadership development initiatives.

5. Employee Relations & Culture Management
 • Manage complex employee relations issues, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
 • Maintain a positive, inclusive, and innovation-driven organizational culture.
 • Serve as a trusted advisor to managers on HR matters.



EDUCATION & PROFESSIONAL REQUIREMENTS

Educational Qualifications
 • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
 • Master’s degree or MBA in HR, Organizational Development, or Business Administration is a plus.

Work Experience
 • 6–8 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in technology, startups, or fast-growing companies.
