Job Objective:
The Human Resources Officer will support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures in line with the organization's goals and Nigerian Labour Laws, while fostering a healthy, safe, and fair work environment.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
• Degree in Human Resources Management or a related field, or a minimum of 3 years of relevant HR experience.
• Knowledge of Nigerian Labour Laws and HR best practices.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (MS Excel & Word) or equivalent.
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Meticulous attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
• Certifications in Human Resources Management are an advantage.
