Role Overview:
The Business Development Executive will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and expanding the studio’s market presence. The role involves sales strategy, partnerships, client acquisition, and deal closure across corporate, agency, and individual clients.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities for studio services (content production, podcasting, videography, photography, editing, etc.).
• Generate leads through cold outreach, referrals, partnerships, and networking.
• Work with the Sales executive to Develop and execute sales strategies to meet monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
• Prepare proposals, pitch decks, pricing, and contracts for prospective clients.,
• Identify strategic partnerships with brands, agencies, influencers, and platforms.
• Represent the organization at industry events, meetings, and networking opportunities.
Requirements & Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 2-3years experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition (media, agency, or creative industry preferred).
• Proven ability to close deals and meet revenue targets.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
• Excellent relationship-building and interpersonal skills.
