Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly driven and commercially astute Head of B2C Distribution and Business Development to lead revenue growth through direct-to-consumer channels. The role will be responsible for expanding market reach, building scalable distribution networks, driving partnerships, and owning the overall B2C growth strategy.
This role is critical to accelerating customer acquisition, increasing market penetration, and strengthening brand presence across multiple consumer touchpoints.
Responsibilities:
Business Development & Growth
• Develop and execute the B2C growth and distribution strategy aligned with company goals.
• Identify new revenue streams, customer segments, and partnership opportunities.
• Drive customer acquisition, retention, and lifetime value.
Distribution & Channel Management
• Build, manage, and optimize B2C distribution channels (online, offline, agents, partnerships, direct sales).
• Oversee route-to-market strategy and last-mile delivery effectiveness.
• Establish and manage strategic partnerships that expand reach and scale.
Revenue & Performance Management
• Own B2C revenue targets and growth KPIs.
• Track performance metrics, analyze market trends, and optimize strategies for profitability.
• Prepare regular reports and forecasts for executive leadership.
Team Leadership
• Build, lead, and develop a high-performing B2C sales and distribution team.
• Set clear KPIs, performance targets, and accountability structures.
Market Intelligence & Brand Growth
• Monitor competitor activities and customer behavior.
• Work closely with marketing to align campaigns with distribution and sales objectives.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field (MBA is an advantage).
• 8–12 years of experience in B2C sales, distribution, or business development, with at least 4 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of driving B2C revenue growth and scaling distribution networks.
• Strong commercial, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working across multiple channels and regions.
• Strategic thinker with strong execution capability.
