Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to identify growth opportunities, drive revenue, and expand the company’s client base. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing strategic partnerships, meeting sales targets, and leading business growth initiatives.


Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive company growth
  • Develop and implement business development and sales strategies
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales pitches and presentations
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
  • Negotiate contracts, close deals, and ensure profitable agreements
  • Analyze market trends and identify potential areas for expansion
  • Solve business challenges and provide strategic solutions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, sales activities, and performance

Key Requirements

  • Master’s Degree in Marketing or a related field
  • CIM (CIMG) certification is required
  • Minimum of 3–5 years’ proven experience in business development or sales
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Results-oriented mindset with the ability to meet targets
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills
