Rockway Oilfields Services Ghana Ltd is seeking an experienced professional to lead regional business development and provide field engineering coordination for oil & gas and energy projects in the Western Region.
Key Focus Areas
- Win and manage new business with operators, EPCs, and service companies
- Lead client engagements, proposals, and vendor registrations
- Coordinate field and workshop activities, ensuring safe and efficient project delivery
- Support technical operations and reporting
Requirements
- Degree in Mechanical, Petroleum, Industrial Engineering, or related field
- 6–10 years’ experience in oilfield services (technical + BD)
- Strong knowledge of Takoradi offshore/onshore operations
- Proven contract‑winning and client management capability
