Job Purpose

We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Executive to identify, onboard, and manage employer partnerships while driving the growth of our recruitment platform. The successful candidate will be the bridge between Firmus Connect and corporate clients, ensuring a steady pipeline of job and internship postings.

Key Responsibilities

1. Identify & Onboard Employers

  • Find and onboard new employers from corporate HR departments, SMEs, and startups.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential business opportunities and target companies.

2. Build Strong Relationships

  • Maintain long-term relationships with employer partners.
  • Drive repeat engagement by ensuring client satisfaction and addressing their recruitment needs.

3. Generate New Opportunities

  • Build a robust sales pipeline through proactive outreach and networking.
  • Conduct cold calls, emails, and meetings to convert leads into partnership agreements.

4. Negotiate & Close Deals

  • Negotiate and close partnership agreements to activate job and internship postings on the platform.
  • Ensure mutually beneficial terms that align with Firmus Connect's growth objectives.

5. Represent the Brand

  • Represent Firmus Connect at career fairs, business forums, and industry events.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, promoting the company's value proposition to potential clients and stakeholders.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in business development, B2B sales, or client relationship management.
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the HR/recruitment industry, corporate structures, or tech platforms is an advantage.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and CRM tools.
