Role Purpose
To identify, approach, and convert prospective clients for the firm’s visa advisory and travel support services through ethical sales, external marketing, and consistent follow-up.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and approach prospective clients through field marketing, referrals, networking, and other approved channels.
- Promote the firm’s visa advisory and travel support services professionally and ethically while generating qualified leads.
- Explain service packages, consultation procedures, payment terms, basic requirements, and appointment processes to prospective clients.
- Follow up with leads, convert prospects into paying clients, maintain sales records, and submit regular sales reports.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Travel or Tourism Management, Marketing, or a closely related field.
- At least 1–3 years’ experience in sales, business development, travel services, client acquisition, or a related customer-facing role.
- Strong communication, persuasion, relationship-building, reporting, and target-driven sales skills, with good knowledge of Microsoft Office, email, WhatsApp Business, and basic reporting tools.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in a travel agency, visa advisory firm, or service-based sales environment.
- Good understanding of travel, visa, tourism, and immigration services.
- Experience working with commission-based sales targets.
- Ability to speak English and at least one Ghanaian language fluently.
Compensation and Benefits
- Monthly salary plus sales commission based on approved company structure, with performance incentives where applicable.
