A leading premium hospitality and serviced residences company in Victoria Island is seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth, expand corporate clientele, and establish strategic partnerships.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Develop and execute business development strategies to increase occupancy and revenue.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities, including corporate accounts, expatriate clients, travel agencies, relocation firms, and government organizations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive opportunities.
• Prepare and deliver compelling business proposals and presentations.
• Collaborate with operations and marketing teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline and maintain accurate records.
• Attend networking events, exhibitions, and industry forums to promote company services.
• Monitor competitors and recommend strategies to improve market positioning.
• Drive customer retention initiatives and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
REQUIREMENTS
• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in Business Development, Sales, Hospitality, Real Estate, or related industries.
• Proven track record of generating revenue and managing key accounts.
• Strong network within corporate organizations, relocation agencies, embassies, and the hospitality sector is an advantage.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.
• Ability to work independently and achieve ambitious business targets.
