Job Summary:

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-oriented Call Center Agents to manage incoming and outgoing calls. As the first point of contact, you will handle customer inquiries, provide information, resolve issues, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls professionally.
  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding products, services, or policies.
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently and escalate complex problems when necessary.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM or call center software.
  • Meet individual and team performance targets (e.g., call handling time, customer satisfaction).
  • Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics.
  • Provide exceptional service that enhances customer loyalty and satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; tertiary education is a plus.
  • Previous experience in a customer service or call center role is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and handle complaints professionally.
  • Good multitasking, organizational, and time management abilities.
  • Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM systems.
  • Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Must have a laptop

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in using call center tools and software (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk, Salesforce).
  • Fast typing speed and active listening skills.
