  • Answer customer questions and fix problems

  • Explain how our subscriptions and returns work
  • Help with other tasks to get our supplements to more people

Must-Haves:

  • Experience with eCommerce
  • Know how to use Shopify
  • Speak and write perfect English
  • Comfortable talking on the phone with customers

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Experience with Zendesk
  • Knowledge of shipping and logistics software
  • Experience with customer service tools

What We Offer
