The area of work exposure would revolve around Income-tax advisory, Due diligence, Transaction advisory on Private equity deals (buy side/ sell side), Applications to regulatory authorities (SEBI/RBI), Income-tax litigations (assessments, reassessments, appeals), Jurisdictional analysis for foreign investment into India, Offshore fund structuring, Fund advisory, International taxation, etc.
