Job Summary:

  • The Management Accountant will act as a business partner, providing detailed financial analysis and insights to drive informed decision-making, operational performance, and cost control. This role focuses on management reporting, scenario planning, cash flow analysis, and supporting medium- to long-term financial planning to strengthen financial discipline and operational efficiency. The position also contributes to continuous improvement in reporting processes and the adoption of technology for data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual management accounts
  • Analyse financial performance and provide insights to support strategic decisions
  • Develop and monitor budgets, forecasts, and financial plans
  • Conduct cost analysis and identify opportunities for cost reduction
  • Evaluate financial risks and recommend mitigation strategies
  • Support investment appraisals and business case development
  • Collaborate with departments to ensure financial targets are met
  • Maintain financial systems and ensure data integrity
  • Liaise with external auditors and regulatory bodies as needed
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and accounting standards

 Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • Professional certification (e.g., CMA, CGMA, ACCA, CPA) preferred
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in management accounting or financial analysis
  • Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and cost accounting
  • Proficiency in financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks) and Excel
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to present complex financial data to non-financial stakeholders
  • High level of integrity and attention to detail
