Job Responsibilities:
• Managing the preparation of accurate and timely financial statements, including consolidated reports for multi-entity organizations if applicable.
- Preparing detailed financial reports and presentations for executive leadership and board members.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial strategies.
- Oversee the posting of journal entries into the accounting system.
- Oversee the Accountant's work related to all monthly Accounts Payable procedures including receive supplier invoices and perform invoice matching and reconciling with delivery notes against invoices and purchase orders,.
- Follow up with Accountants on the preparation of bank transfers, cash payments, etc. and supervise petty cash payments and the replenishment of petty cash.
- Work with the Direct Manager to resolve any discrepancies and questions related to the recording of payments transactions.
- Monitor the collection of invoices from Company's clients to maintain a healthy cash flow to support
Company's operations. - Supervise all monthly Accounts Receivables procedures.
- Monitor all fixed asset and long-term asset accounts.
- Ensure the fixed assets register is managed and maintained with strict adherence.
- Monitor cash management activities which cover reconciliation of bank statements, clearing payment and receipts transactions within the system.
Education, Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, Professional Accounting certification ( CA/CPA/CMA/ACCA)
Preferred. - Minimum 5 years of experience in the same field and 3-2 years as Accountant preferably in healthcare sector.
- Good command in English, Arabic would be an advantage.
- Exceptional analytical skills with a proven track record of identifying and resolving financial discrepancies.
- Proficiency in accounting software, such as Oracle, SAP, or similar platforms, and experience with ERP systems.
