We are seeking an experienced Chemical Specialist / Factory Manager to lead product formulation, production operations, and factory management for household liquid detergents and disinfectant products.
The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in chemistry, quality control, and manufacturing processes while supporting operational efficiency and product innovation.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and improve product formulations for liquid detergents and disinfectants.
- Ensure product quality through laboratory testing and quality control processes.
- Oversee daily factory operations and supervise production teams.
- Manage production planning, scheduling, and process efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with international manufacturing and safety standards.
- Support operational growth and continuous process improvements.
REQUIREMENTS
- BSc or MSc in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering.
- Minimum 3+ years experience in chemical manufacturing.
- Experience in detergents or disinfectant production is an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of formulation chemistry, and quality control.
- Good leadership, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.
